Shipping & Returns
It is the responsibility of the recipient to check and inspect the products before signing for them on delivery. Any damages must be checked and signed for as "damaged" at the time of delivery. Once deliveries have been signed for in the usual way (as accepted), it will not be possible to make any claims for damages.
All Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends, bank holidays, or the day store closed (store information).
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order or you made a wrong choice in choosing shipping method, We will contact You via email or telephone.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a resalable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
